• How to measure correctly?

    1. For iPhone, enable system Bluetooth and app Bluetooth permissions; for Android, enable system Bluetooth, GPS, and location permissions;
    2. Place the body fat scale on a hard, flat surface. Do not place it on a carpet.
    3. Stand barefoot on the scale, making sure your feet fully cover the electrode plates and have good contact with the four metal electrodes;
    4. Wait for the weight numbers to stabilize before the body composition test begins. When the progress bar on the weight dial stops, the test is complete. At this point, you can view the data in the report.

  • What precautions should be taken when using the body fat scale?

    1. In which cases might body fat measurements be inaccurate?
    When you have a fever, after excessive alcohol consumption, after intense exercise, after drinking a large amount of water, after overeating, after bathing or sauna;
    2. Which groups of people should avoid measurement?
    People with implanted cardiac pacemakers, undergoing dialysis, with other medical implants, or in a swollen state;
    3. Can pregnant women measure their body fat?
    Pregnant women should measure in pregnancy mode, where no current passes through the body, ensuring the safety of the pregnant woman.
    Note: The body fat scale uses BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis). A weak alternating current passes through the body when you stand on the scale. Since pregnant women have higher safety requirements, it is recommended to use the pregnancy mode, which ensures the safety of pregnant women.

  • How to set the weighing unit of the body fat scale?

    First, check the user manual to confirm whether the body fat scale supports unit changes through the app.
    1. The app can change the unit of the body fat scale
    First, connect the body fat scale with the app. Once connected, click [Me - Unit], and select the unit you want to switch to on the page. The unit setting will take effect after you weigh yourself.
    2. Unit changes are only supported on the body fat scale itself

    Google Fit
    Authorization Steps on the Vitafit App
    1. On the page of My Account, click "Health Connect " .
    2. Please Install Heath Connect if the device system below Android 14, and then start autorize.
       If the system is Android 14 and above, please skip the install step, just direclty click" Authorize Immediately" .
    3.click all allow button, then the authroization is sucessful .
       

    Connect steps on Google Fit
    1. Open the Google Fit, and click "Get started" .
    2. Click "Set up" .
    3. Click "Done" to finish connected .
    4. After successfully connected, your measurement data will sync with Google Fit automatically.


    Sumsung Health
    1.  Firstly, please make same steps of authorization on the Vitafit app as above Google Fit mentioned.
    2. After Vitafit app connected with Health Connect, please start Settings on Samsung Health as follow steps.
    1.1. Open the Samsung Health, click "Settings"
    1.2. Click "Health Connet"
    1.3. Click "App permissions"

    1.4. Click "Vitafit" to allow access
    1.5. Click "Allow all" button to finish connecting
    1.6.  After successfully connected, your measurement data will sync with Samsung Health automatically
